About Your Teacher
We have three Koto teachers, all of whom are native English speakers and highly trained in Koto. They are passionate about sharing the beauty of Japanese musical traditions.
Vincent
Hi, I’m Vincent. For me, music is everything, music is my soul. I first started learning the koto because I always enjoy exploring new musical instruments. The beautiful sound and deep cultural roots of the koto drew me in, and it soon became a true passion. I have gained substantial experience as both an educator and performer, delivering engaging lessons to students of various levels. I like to play many different genres of music and making my own arrangement of it. I also like to compose my own music by combining traditional Japanese tune to my composition. If you want to know more about this unique instrument, I’d love to have you join my class and discover the joy of koto together. See you!Tiffany
